Terms of Service for Commissions

WILLS AND WON'TS

- Will draw: furry OCs, human/humanoid characters, fanart (depends on the IP/franchise), only mild suggestive themes.

- Won't draw: NSFW/pornography, fetish art, grotesque/gorey things, complicated mechas, heavy armor, hyperrealism.

Beginning of terms.


THE TERMS

- Payment is upfront. Have references ready to provide.

- I reserve the right to refuse anyone, at any time, for any reason allowed by law. (I will not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation, gender identity, or transgender status), national origin, disability, or age).

- Prices are subject to change at any time; more complex designs may incur an addional charge. I reserve the right to not give refunds. Exceptions can be made in cases where I have not completed the commission or delivered the product.

- Revisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and may incur an additional charge.

- Expect a 1-2 month turnaround time, depending on life circumstances. I will deliver you the image in full resolution only when it is complete, digital delivery only, unless previously agreed upon.

- Illustrations are for personal use only, unless previously agreed upon. I retain commercial rights, which includes but is not limited to: sale of prints or digital products, marketing, or any other merchandise, unless previously agreed upon.

- Use of generative artificial intelligence or large language models (AI) by the client or user to edit, alter, or distribute the WIP, final, or any image created by me or hosted on my website or social media pages is strictly prohibited, and could result in termination of service.

- I reserve the right to stream, film, or capture myself creating your commission, and share these streams, videos, or captures publicly for marketing or other purposes.

- You must agree to these terms of service, as well as any contract we may agree to, for me to begin work on your commission. By contacting me to inquire or discussing your prospective commission or sharing reference images for a commission with me, you are agreeing to these terms of service, and verifying that you have read and understand them. Failure to comply with these terms of service may result in a termination of services and agreements.
